WANT TO MAKE OUTDOOR JUNCTION BOXES ANT PROOF?

When all the wiring is connected and insulated block the holes where the cables enter/exit the junction box with a thick mix of DAMDEX cement.  This stops ants from entering and building a nest inside the junction box that when damp can short out the electric power in your house when you switch on the light on that circuit.
